We have provided chaplaincy and youth workers to primary and high schools in Western Sydney for well over ten years.

Christmas Choir and Performances 

In conjunction with community partners we have conducted Christmas events, choirs and performances at a number of shopping precincts and community estates around Sydney.  

Theatre and Storytelling 

Break Free Drama Part 2: Chasing the dragon was based on the life of Aaron Cowper's struggle through addiction and domestic violence. 

The Eden Project

2015 The Eden Project provided skills and work for refugees. The team converted a block of land in Catherine Fields into a productive harvest field of fruit and vegetables. 

HQ (Headquaterz) Music Scene

Members and volunteers have conducted 100+ live music and drama productions involving up to thirty members each time and attracting 100s of young people throughout the Fairfield area. We provide a platform for young people to express themselves through music and drama. 

Creative Music Studio 

Our volunteers have recorded two albums featuring local talent in song-writing and performance. We provide a safe environment for young people to learn and practice their talent in music and creative arts.

The Break Free Drama

Our drama team has written and performed the 'Break Free' drama based upon the life turn-around story of Tony Hoang. This project was in conjunction with students from three local high schools. To date more than 3500 young people have attended these performances. BHBV team has travelled and performed the BFD in suburbs throughout NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. 

The Break Free DVD Project 

BHBV target was to distribute 10,000 DVDs into the Fairfield LGA to start the conversation within cultural families bringing awareness to crime, drug abuse and domestic violence. You can find our DVD in local council libraries across Sydney. 

Making headlines on TELEVISION  

Our member's stories have contributed positive material to nationally televised documentaries and television shows.  Channel 7 - Gangs of Oz 2009, SBS - Insight program and Once Upon a Time in Cabramatta 2011  

Movies in the Park 

In partnership with council and other community groups we conduct movies in the park, which provides training platform for our volunteers and community leaders whilst providing a service to the community. 

Youth Camps

We provide leadership and aspirational training via the recent Bonnyrigg Youth Council Camp with Newleaf Community Renewal and other community partners. 

Community Drug Action Team - CDAT

We have supported and provided guest speakers for Fairfield City Council’s Community Drug Action Team. 2009 to present
